Most units include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, dining area, and other great amenities. Many properties offer a private or communal pool, hot tub, on-site fitness center and nearby shopping. Plus, with Value Pricing, your clients won’t pay extra for any additional guests up to the accommodations maximum occupancy limit.

How do I know your company is reputable and I will get paid for my bookings?
VacationRentals4Agents.com, offered by Resort Rental LLC., is part of the RCI Global Vacation NetworkSM, a leader in the travel industry since 1974, when it pioneered the concept of exchange vacations. Today, Resort Rental LLC offers vacation rental accommodations perfect for a couple, a family, or a group of friends.

How many resorts are in your portfolio, and how do they differ from standard hotel rooms?
VacationRentals4Agents.com offers thousands of premier resorts, villas, condos, cottages and homes in the U.S. and beyond. Most of our accommodations include spacious floor plans and home-like amenities like refrigerators and complete laundry facilities. Our vacation rental amenities may include children's activities, swimming pools, tennis, Jacuzzi, golf and bicycles as well as spa and exercise facilities.

How competitive are your prices compared to standard hotels?
For the cost of a long weekend at a hotel, your clients can often stay for a whole week at one of our vacation rentals.

Do my clients have to stay for a whole week or can they book your resorts for shorter stays?
While the standard length of stay for our vacation rentals is typically a week, many of our resorts can accommodate shorter stays. Your clients can still experience savings when they book for a week but stay for shorter time. For vacation rentals in Italy and France (Cuendet® properties) you must notify the owner in advance if you will be checking out early.

Will you be contacting my clients directly once they stay with you?
We will not contact your clients directly unless they request that we add them to our email/offer list.

Will my clients need to take a resort tour or need to attend a presentation when they stay at one of your resorts?
No, they will not be required to tour or attend a presentation.

Do you offer handicapped accessible accommodations?
Many of our accommodations are handicapped-accessible. You will need to contact one of our Vacation Guides to assist you with selecting the perfect accommodation for your clients.

Do I have to book from weekend to weekend, or can I choose a mid-week day to begin the stay?
Vacation stays at most resorts are booked with Friday, Saturday or Sunday start dates. Check-in for vacation rentals in Italy and France (Cuendet® properties) is Saturday only, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm local time, if you need to arrange a late check-in please contact the villa owner.

For vacation rentals in Italy and France (Cuendet® properties) will my clients need a car?
The majority of our properties in Italy and France are in the countryside where most public transportation is unavailable. We highly recommend that your clients rent a car for the duration of their stay. If they are staying in a city they most likely will not need a car.

Commission and Payments

How much commission will I earn for my vacation rental bookings?
Our commission structure ranges between 10 and 20 percent. U.S. and Canada-based travel professionals customarily receive 12 percent commission for resort condo bookings, 10 percent for villa and cottage bookings. Further, you'll sometimes find promotional commission offers of up to 20%.* * Commissions are paid only to valid, verified, registered travel professionals in the U.S. and Canada. Net rates, when and if provided, are non-commissionable.

When will commission payments arrive?
Vacation Rentals 4 Agents processes commissions within 30 days of your client's check-in date.

I am a CLIA agent, will I still earn commission on my bookings?
Yes, CLIA agents can register and earn commission.

What is your payment process to book accommodations, can my clients make a deposit or is the full payment due up front?
Full, up-front, payment is required.

How can I check on my clients reservation?

How do I cancel a reservation?
By calling one of our Vacation Guides at 866-844-2017 or by accessing the "Help" section of VacationRentals4Agents.com.

What is your cancellation policy?
If a confirmation is cancelled ninety one (91) days or prior to travel date, we will refund one hundred (100) percent of the total rental fee, less the booking fee. If a confirmation is cancelled between sixty-one (61) days and ninety (90) days prior to the travel date, we will refund fifty percent (50) of the total rental fee, less the booking fee. If a confirmation is cancelled between thirty-one (31) and sixty (60) days prior to the travel date, we will refund twenty five percent (25%) of the total rental fee, less the booking fee. If a confirmation is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the travel date, no refund will be made for any part of the rental fee.

Will taxes or other fees be charged to my client's account at the resort?
Taxes and a non-refundable $40 booking fee are included in the final price. Additional fees, if applicable, for housekeeping and other amenities vary by resort and will be assessed upon check-in. For vacation rentals in Italy and France (Cuendet®; properties) the price includes taxes, however, your client will need to provide a cash deposit, as well as pay the housekeeping fees, in Euros at the time of check-in.T he deposit will be given back to the client at the end of the stay, minus any extra fees, if applicable, as well as any amount necessary to cover any damages that may have been made to the house or the furniture by your client. How do I receive a booking confirmation?
You will receive confirmation via email. Please make sure that you enter the correct email address when booking your accommodations. For vacation rentals in Italy and France (Cuendet® properties) you will receive both a confirmation via email as well as a rental voucher. Please make sure to print out both documents for your clients, they will need them at check-in.

After they arrive in Italy/France, they should contact Cuendet® customer service: Toll free number (800) 01 11 78 – for Italy stays Toll free number (0800) 91 35 75 – for France stays Office hours (Italy time): Monday-Friday: 8:45 AM - 1:00 PM. and 1:45 PM - 5:30 PM. Saturday (only from Easter to October): 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
